Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zada Liveaboard website (https://zada.co.id) or by making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Bookings & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed during the booking process. Prices quoted are in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion. In such cases, any payments received will be refunded in full.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before departure may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical emergencies, and trip interruption.
Health & Safety
All guests must be in good health and physically able to participate in liveaboard activities including diving, snorkelling, and boarding/disembarking the vessel. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to consult a physician before booking.
Zada Liveaboard reserves the right to refuse participation in any activity to any guest whose health or safety may be at risk.
Itinerary Changes
Itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, sea state, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide the best possible experience but cannot guarantee exact routes or dive sites.
Liability
Zada Liveaboard shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, strikes, or equipment failure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the specific trip.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward crew members, fellow passengers, and the natural environment. We reserve the right to disembark any guest whose conduct is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful, without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Zada Liveaboard or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
