- Free Hotel/Airport pickup and drop off in Labuan Bajo starts at 09:00 WITA.
- Late arrivals must join by private taxi boat at own expense.
- Trip ends around 11:00 – 12:00 WITA on the final day. Book return flights after 13:00 WITA is recommended.
- Itinerary is subject to weather & captain's decision.
- Tips for guides and crew are appreciated.
- For Sharing Trip, payment only applies in full payment. If there is no payment within 1×24 hours, the date will be automatically released.
- For Private Trip, the down payment of 50% of the total amount must be settled no later than 3 days after the reservation has been made. If the down payment is not received, the reservation will be released automatically.
- Balance payment must be settled 14 days before the trip.
- Payment made is non-refundable for all cancelation reason.
- If there is any cancelation, reschedule is applicable up to 2 years from your initial trip date.
